MMMOORO

Política de privacidad

Última actualización 28/09/2026

This policy explains what we do with personal information when you sell to MMOORO.

1. What we collect

When you sell to us: the game, item and quantity; the delivery details the order asks for, such as your in-game character name; the payout method you choose and the account details you give us for it; anything you write in the order conversation; and any screenshots exchanged there.

An email address, only if you choose to give one. Selling without one is supported, and in that case your order link is the only way back to the order.

If you open an account: your name, email address and a password, which is stored only as a hash and never in readable form.

Automatically: your IP address and basic technical information in our server logs, which exist so we can keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for government identification, card numbers or banking passwords, and you should never send them to us.

2. Why we use it

To agree and complete your sale, to pay you, and to talk to you about your order. This is the contract between us.

To keep records of what we bought and what we paid, which tax and accounting law requires.

To prevent fraud and protect the service, which is our legitimate interest in not being defrauded and in keeping other sellers safe.

To send service messages about your order. We do not send marketing email.

3. Who else sees it

Our hosting provider, which runs the server the site and its database sit on.

Our email provider, which delivers order messages and password resets on our behalf.

Our live chat provider, if you open the chat, which receives what you type into it.

Payment providers, when we send you money. What reaches them is only what the payment needs: the account identifier you gave us, and the amount.

Where the law requires it, or where we need to report suspected fraud or stolen goods, the relevant authority or the game's publisher.

We do not sell personal information, and this site carries no advertising or analytics trackers.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We use a small number, none of them for advertising: a sign-in cookie if you have an account and are signed in; a cookie remembering your chosen language; a cookie remembering your chosen currency; and a browser storage entry remembering whether you prefer the dark or light theme.

If you open the live chat, the chat provider sets its own cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Order records, including what we paid and to which account, are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is a number of years.

Order conversations and screenshots are kept alongside the order they belong to.

Backups are kept for thirty days and then deleted.

6. Where it is kept

On a server in the United States, run for us by our hosting provider, with backups held on the same server. Our email, chat and payment providers may process data in other countries, under the terms they publish.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your information is therefore transferred outside it. We make that transfer under the data protection terms our providers commit to, and we will describe them if you ask.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form.

We cannot always delete everything immediately: records of a completed purchase have to be kept for the period the law requires. Where that applies, we will tell you which records and why.

Write to support@mmooro.com and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

8. Children

This service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date shown at the top of this page is the date it last changed.
