Términos del servicio
Última actualización 28/09/2026
MMOORO buys virtual in-game currency, items and accounts from players and pays real money for them. These terms apply every time you submit an order to sell something to us. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit an order.
1. Who can sell to us
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract where you live. You may only sell goods that are yours to sell.
2. What you confirm when you submit an order
You confirm that the goods belong to you, that you obtained them legitimately, and that they were not acquired using a stolen account, stolen funds, or any payment that could later be reversed.
Selling in-game property may break the rules of the game you play. That is a matter between you and the game's publisher. We do not control their decisions, and we cannot recover an account they restrict or close.
3. Prices and quotes
The price you see when you submit an order comes from our published rate at that moment. Rates change, and a quote you saw earlier does not bind us until an order is submitted against it.
Where an order is marked Guaranteed, the amount is fixed when you submit it. Where it is marked Estimated, the final amount depends on the quantity we verify at handover, priced at the rate you were quoted.
4. Handing over the goods
You choose a delivery method when you place the order, and we arrange the handover with you. We check what we receive before paying for it.
If the quantity you deliver differs from the quantity you ordered, we recalculate the payment at the rate you were quoted and tell you before we pay.
5. Getting paid
You choose your payout method when you submit the order. Each method has its own minimum, shown on the order form. We cannot pay out below it.
You give us the account details for that method in the order conversation, not on the order form. We settle in US dollars; if your account is held in another currency, what reaches you depends on your provider's exchange rate and any fee they charge.
Payout times shown on the site are estimates under normal conditions, not guarantees.
6. Cancelling
You may cancel at any point before you hand the goods over, and so may we. Once we have received the goods and sent payment, the sale is complete.
Because we are buying from you rather than selling to you, the usual consumer right to return a purchase does not apply in reverse. Our Dispute and Refund Policy covers what happens when something goes wrong.
7. What you must not do
Do not sell goods that are not yours. Do not use a stolen account or stolen payment details. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not try to reverse or claw back a payment after we have paid you correctly.
Where we reasonably believe goods were stolen or obtained fraudulently, we may refuse or cancel the order, withhold payment, and pass what we know to the game's publisher or to the authorities.
8. Your order link
You can sell without giving us an email address. If you do, the link to your order is the only way back to it, and anyone holding that link can see the order and its conversation. Keep it to yourself, and save it somewhere you will find it again.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for paying you the agreed amount for goods you have delivered to us.
We are not responsible for action a publisher takes against your game account, for losses caused by details you gave us incorrectly, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the moment you submit an order is the version that governs that order.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and disputes will be heard by the courts of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
